At Anna-Berg, we want you to love every piece you wear; however, if your selection isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
